The E-TIC program aims to empower local communities through the meaningful use of communication and the sharing of knowledge in a collaborative and hands on fashion. We strive to improve the efficiency of specific industries and sectors in which ethics and the environment take a predominant role and the livelihood and well-being of individuals is of primary concern.
In this context, we have developed a multidimensional toolbox. The approach includes different dimensions of communication in order to link knowledge with needs.
As we are working with populations who have low or no literacy, it is all about developing strategies and links between the universe of the web, digital communication and writing, on one hand, and oral tradition and local values, on the other hand.
ICV's toolbox includes various means of communication, adapted to these specific needs: decentralized field study, website, illustrations, research studies and publications, videos, training modules, etc.
